I love to eat good food. All the time. This is a great incentive for me to cook. I don’t particularly like cooking but if I leave it to someone else, unless that someone else either loves to eat and is eating with me, or just loves to cook, then I end up eating food I don’t like. Well, traveling in Europe I met Ole who actually liked to cook (or maybe he just liked food, same as me?) so he showed me some cool travel-easy recipes. I continued with and expanded on those, and some of my own until meeting Becs, who also liked to eat. Of course part of it is that we not only like to eat but we are didn’t want to spend much which proscribes eating in most restaurants. So Becs and I cooked our way through Croatia and Bosnia and Montenegro and hit upon the amazing idea of making all our recipes into a travel friendly cook book. Not a camping cookbook, but one that would compliment travelers like us, hostel dwellers, sandwich eaters, good eating travelers. Well it is in the works. Although publishing it might involve my parents printer and some staples. In the meantime Katie Mae and I have deigned to share some of our imitated and invented recipes here.
